Regulation of authorization of AC within NPO AETP

The Regulation of authorization of a Certification authority within non-commercial organization “Association of Electronic Trading Platforms” (hereinafter – AETP) as revised by the Decree of the executive director of AETP as of 06.08.2013 No. 2/Р comes into force 09.09.2013 and states the following:

• Procedure of authorization of certification authority which claims to fulfill the functions of Certification authority in accordance with Federal law as of 04.06.2011 No. 63-FL “On electronic signature” in respect to the participants of open auctions in electronic form at electronic platforms the operators of which are included in AETP;
• Procedure of suspension, renewal and termination of the status “Authorized certification authority”;
• Procedure of running the Register of the Authorized certification authorities.

The Regulation was posted on the site of AETP on 07.08.2013 and came into force on 09.09.2013.
