Connecting Asia and Europe

11-12 July in Yekaterinburg in the framework of annual Ural international exhibition of industry and innovations «Innoprom-2013» there was the Third business-forum of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) which was held under the slogan «Business in countries of CICA: connecting Asia and Europe».

Chair of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev, representatives of federal and regional authorities, business communities, leading sectoral experts, delegations of Turkey, Kazakhstan, Thailand, Iran and others participated in the forum.

Government procurement in the network of WTO

On the 16-17th of April 2013 Moscow held the seminar on the issues of regulation in the sphere of government procurement in the network of the World trade organization and regional trade agreements.

The organizer of the activity is the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation.

The representatives of the WTO, EFTA, the State Duma of the Russian Federation, AETP, FAS of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of economic development of Russia, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Executive committee of CIS, ECE, specialists in the sphere of electronic trading from Belarus and Kazakhstan and also the students of the High school of economics participated in the meeting.

Second international forum on electronic digital signature «PKI-FORUM Ukraine 2013» took place in Kiev

From the 10th to 12th of April in Kiev there was the Second international forum on electronic digital signature «PKI-FORUM Ukraine 2013» which was held with official support of the Department of Justice of Ukraine. The organizer of the forum is All-Ukrainian association of citizens «All-Ukrainian Association «Information Security and Information Technology». The Association conducted International forum on electronic digital signature «РКІ-Forum Ukraine 2012» and International forum on electronic governance «International Ukrainian E-Governance Forum» in 2012. The representatives of Russia, Georgia, Belorussia and Kazakhstan participated in the forum.

The program of the Second international forum on electronic digital signature «РКІ — Forum Ukraine 2013» included discussions on relevant problems of use of electronic digital signature and presentations of the best implemented practices in the sphere of development of reliable and secure public key infrastructure in Ukraine and in the world.

First international forum «Electronic commerce: challenges of Eurasian integration»

On the 27-28th of February Ufa will hold First international forum «Electronic commerce: challenges of Eurasian integration».

The organizers of the forum are the Chamber of commerce and industry of Russia and the Association of Electronic Trading Platforms (AETP) with the support of the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation, Federal antimonopoly service, the committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on economic policy, innovation development and entrepreneurship, the government of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The work of the forum will be focused on the analysis of Russian and international experience of regulation in the sphere of electronic trading and provision of cross border legally significant document flow.

AETP has become the participant of the first meeting of FAPPE

On the 25th of January, 2013 in Porto there was the first meeting of FAPPE (Faster Adoption of Public e- Procurement in Europe) on electronic commerce. This event was organized by the company DigitalFlow (www.digitalflow.pt) for the exchange of experience of introduction the toolset of paperless trading in Portugal and other countries as well as with the purpose of search for partners for further cooperation in the sphere of cross-border trading.

The meeting was attended by the representatives of governmental bodies, private companies dealing with government procurement, development contractors of ETP, consulting companies from Portugal, Italy, Spain, Russia, Denmark, Belgium, Croatia, Poland and other countries.
